Jessie Soeters, LPC-MHSP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that meaningful change begins through compassionate connection. As a client-centered and trauma-informed therapist, she creates a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.
Jessie has extensive experience working with individuals recovering from sexual abuse, PTSD, attachment and relationship trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. She also enjoys supporting clients through seasons of change, including young adulthood, relationship transitions, and perinatal or postpartum experiences.
Her approach is collaborative, integrating attachment-focused and strengths-based modalities with experiential and somatic techniques. Jessie partners with clients to develop practical, meaningful strategies that align with their unique needs while building on their resilience and strengths.
Clients often describe Jessie as warm, grounded, and intentional. Outside of the therapy office, she enjoys spending time with her family, experimenting with new recipes, planning her next adventure, or enjoying a good cup of coffee at a local coffee shop.
