We’re expanding to meet the growing need for specialized, compassionate perinatal and maternal mental health care in Clarksville and surrounding areas. Due to consistent referral growth, we’re seeking a licensed or associate-level mental health therapist who feels genuinely drawn to this work and is excited to build a meaningful, sustainable caseload within a warm and collaborative practice.
Becoming Therapy Center specializes in supporting individuals and couples through transformational seasons, including pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, infertility, loss, trauma, identity shifts, relational strain, and other major life transitions or developmental periods. This role involves providing outpatient individual, couples, and/or family therapy with warmth, depth, and clinical excellence.
Experience or strong interest in perinatal and maternal mental health is highly valued, as is a desire to have a niche or specialty. We’re looking for someone who is motivated to grow clinical skills while providing thoughtful, emotionally attuned care. A willingness to engage in community events and supports is also highly desired.
You’ll have the freedom to build a caseload aligned with your strengths while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This is a W-2 position with administrative and billing support provided. Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain 15 client sessions per week once established.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow, professionally and personally, in a practice that values depth, sustainability, and community impact. We’re building a space where clinicians are supported, mentored, and encouraged to develop their clinical voice, not stretched thin.
If you feel aligned with this mission and are ready to offer high-quality, trauma-informed care to our community, we'd love to connect.
