  • We provide confidential, evidence-based mental health counseling services to adult individuals and couples over the age of 18.

  • We offer in-person therapy in our cozy, private Clarksville office, conveniently located just off Madison Street.

  • Yes! We offer online therapy to clients throughout Tennessee.

    Online therapy is a convenient option that allows you to meet from your place of work or the comfort of your home. Save yourself the commute, pop into session during your lunch break or baby's nap time, and find accessible support now.

    Sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

  • Sessions typically occur for 50-55 minutes on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We will collaborate to determine the frequency and duration of therapy, depending on your individual goals and progress.

  • We offer a free 15-minute consultation call to all prospective clients. This is an opportunity to discuss your needs, answer questions, and ensure it’s a good fit.

  • Individuals

    $190 Initial | $165 Follow-up Sessions

  • We are in-network with BlueCross BlueShield.

    Please Note: Tessa is currently completing the credentialing process.

    For all other insurance plans, Becoming Therapy Center is considered an out-of-network provider. Upon request, you may receive an itemized receipt (Superbill) to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

  • We are proud to support military-affiliated clients! Our therapists are Certified TRICARE Non-Network Providers.

    Although clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service, we provide a detailed receipt of services (Superbill) that you may submit directly to TRICARE for possible reimbursement.

    For many clients with TRICARE Select plans, a significant portion of the session cost may be reimbursed. Reimbursement depends on factors such as sponsor status, sponsor rank, beneficiary group, individual plan details, cost-share, and deductible. We encourage clients to contact TRICARE directly to better understand their specific out-of-network benefits and reimbursement eligibility.

    We are happy to provide the documentation and guidance needed to support the claims process, including superbills and service information.

  • If you’re enrolled in TRICARE Prime, you may be able to see a Certified TRICARE Non-Network Provider if:

    You choose to use the Point of Service (POS) option, or

    Your regional contractor approves services because no other providers are reasonably available.

    We encourage clients with TRICARE Prime to contact their Primary Care Manager (PCM) and TRICARE directly to better understand referral requirements, eligibility, and potential out-of-pocket costs before beginning services.
