Founder & LPC-MHSP

My clinical background spans a range of settings including private practice, family services, university mental health counseling, and school-based behavioral health. Passionate about supporting new and expectant parents, I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, family resilience, couples therapy, and mood and anxiety disorders. I utilize evidence-based interventions to help clients make positive, lasting changes. I also incorporate attachment theory, mindfulness practices, and self-compassion exercises into my approach. My work with couples is informed by Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

Outside of session time, I enjoy spending time with my spouse, two children, and our family dog.

Becoming Therapy Center is growing.

I’m expanding my practice to meet the growing need for specialized, compassionate perinatal mental health care in Clarksville and surrounding areas. I’m looking for licensed or pre-licensed therapists who are passionate about supporting people through transformational seasons—parenthood, infertility, loss or trauma, identity shifts, life transitions, and relationship changes.

This role involves providing outpatient individual, couples, and/or family therapy with warmth, depth, and clinical excellence. I welcome therapists with experience or interest in perinatal mental health, as well as those with complementary specialties.
